[PP-DIALOG] Preliminary comment report available on fourth draft available

Dear pp-dialog members,

The comment period on the fourth draft closed at 23:59 AOE on 23rd May 2014 and the preliminary comment report is now available at the URL <http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/pp-dialog/drafts_comments/index.html>. If you submitted comments I would like to request that you review the comment report to ensure that I have included them in the. I particularly request this of those that submitted comments with formatting such as underscore and strikeout as there is some manual processing involved in importing such formatting in to the comment database.
