Dear PP-DIALOG members, As announced, please find attached a Letter from our Orange Vice-President Strategy, Architecture, and Standardisation, Mrs. Claire CHAUVIN, in addition to our responses to the Call-for-Comments on the IEEE-SA 2015 Patent Policy + LOAs. The Letter provides further explanations on our concerns and a proposal for moving forward without the constraints/limitations imposed by the Call-for-Comments. For the avoidance of doubt and anticipating the automatic addition of a non-modifiable Orange Disclaimer to all our E-Mails sent to external recipients, the material submitted herein alongside the Call-for-Comments on the IEEE-SA 2015 Patent Policy in the attached Excel sheet is intended for distribution, use or copy to IEEE-SA via the PP-DIALOG as instructed and does not contain any confidential or priviledged information in this respect. I wish you good reception of it. Given the repetitive issues with the PP-DIALOG LISTSERV, can someone acknowledge good receipt of this filing, despite any automatic contrary indication, and proper consideration of our Letter ? I will also double-check on https://grouper.ieee.org/groups/pp-dialog/email/, but I will NOT receive a copy of my own transmission through the PP-DIALOG LISTSERV as this will be rejected by our Orange Corporate Exchange Servers for security reasons.
