[PP-DIALOG] Availability of the draft report to the IEEE SA Board of Governors

Dear pp-dialog,

This email is to announce that the draft report to the IEEE SA Board of Governors is available at <https://grouper.ieee.org/groups/pp-dialog/call_for_comments/Draft_PatComReportToBoG_081121_0915.pdf>. This document is a collation of public input received in response to the Call for Comments by the IEEE SA Standards Board Patent Committee (PatCom), conducted at the direction of the IEEE SA Board of Governors (BOG), and initiated on 24 August 2021. Contributors have until Thursday 11 November 2021 23:59 UTC-12 to review this draft report to ensure that their contribution wasn't inadvertently missed.
