► Saturday, March 19: Agatha's, a Taste of Mystery
Arrive early and join us at
Agatha's for
a unique, original, and hilarious murder mystery event. The
evening includes a 5 course meal.
► Monday,
March 21: Spouse/Companion Tour - What Dreams are Made of
Travel by bus to the Martin Luther King, Jr
Memorial in downtown Atlanta, first you will enter the National Visitor Center
for Dr. King, Jr., which will be followed by a tour of The
King Center. Lunch
will be served at Mary Mac's Tea Room, which opened in 1945 and is the
last of sixteen tea rooms that dotted Intown Atlanta. After lunch, visit the
Jimmy Carter Presidential Library & Museum including
photographs, historical memorabilia, and an exact replica of the Oval
Office.
► Tuesday, March 22: Spouse/Companion Tour - Atlanta's Must
See Tour
Start the morning at the
World of Coca-Cola, where
you will have a chance to taste Coke beverages from countries around the
world and step inside a real bottling line. Next, stop at
The Pig & The Pearl
Restaurant located
in Atlanta Station. The Pig & The Pearl is your one stop for everything
smoked. The tour will
then head to the CNN Studio for the "Inside CNN Studio" Tour, a
50-minute walking tour descending 8 flights of stairs. Elevator
tours are available. |
Wednesday
Evening Dinner Social:
March 23
|
Spend the
evening touring the museum, gardens, historic houses, and park at
the
Atlanta History Center. Spend time before dinner viewing
current exhibitions in the museum: the History of Bobby Jones,
Olympic History and the Civil War. Actors in period costumes
will entertain you with music and tales of times gone by.
Dinner will be served in the Grand Overlook Ballroom, one of the
most beautiful ballrooms in Atlanta, overlooking an illuminated
garden. After dinner, you are welcome to continue your tour
through the museum. |
