100-YEAR CELEBRATION SHIRT OFFER

This comfortable wash-and-wear long sleeved Port Authority shirt is a wrinkle resistant, 4.5 ounce, 55/45 cotton/polyester blend shirt with dyed-to-match buttons and adjustable cuffs.  Men's shirts also have a button-down collar, a left chest pocket, and back box pleat.  The 100 Year logo will be embroidered on the shirt.

To coincide with the upcoming 100-year celebration in Pittsburgh, PA, March 25 - 29, 2018, the Transformers Committee will offer the following:

COMMITTEE MEMBERS: As a small token of appreciation for their commitment, all members of the Transformers Committee who are present at the Louisville or the Pittsburgh meetings will receive one complimentary shirt (additional shirts are available for purchase).  NOTE: Only those Committee Members that did not order and receive a complimentary shirt at the Louisville meeting will be allowed the opportunity to order and receive a complimentary shirt at the Pittsburgh meeting.

Those who are not Committee Members (Interested Individuals and Active Participants), or Committee Members that wish to order an additional shirt, can purchase shirts for US$20 each.

When pre-purchasing on-line, make sure to enter your AMS (AM System) primary log-in email address.  This is the email address that your meeting registration confirmation was addressed.

NOTES:

1. Shirts ordered before Thursday, March 1 can be picked-up in Pittsburgh during on-site meeting check-in.  Shirts WILL NOT BE MAILED (no exceptions).  They will only be available for pick-up at the meeting. 

2. If additional shirts are desired (in addition to the complimentary shirt), you should pre-purchase them on-line now.  A limited amount of additional shirts will be available for purchase at the meeting to allow for exchange due to errors in size selection.

3. When ordering, you must select a shirt size during the on-line pre-purchase process.  A limited amount of various size shirts will be available at the meeting in the event that a shirt does not fit.  See sizing instructions and charts below.

4. The system will only allow purchase of one shirt per individual.  If you wish to purchase a shirt for your spouse/companion, then "click" the prompt to enter their name and add them to the purchase.  If you wish to purchase a shirt for a co-worker, etc., then "click" the prompt to add a Guest to the purchase.
