IEEE/PES POLO SHIRT OFFER

Back by popular demand, we will again offer IEEE/PES polo shirts -- this time at the upcoming Minneapolis Meeting!  See photo below.  The shirts are 100% cotton, short sleeve in navy blue with a nice beige trim on the collar and sleeve edges.

COMMITTEE MEMBERS: As a small token of appreciation for their committment, all members of the Transformers Committee who are present at the next meeting will receive one complimentary shirt (additional shirts are available for purchase).  Shirts can be picked-up at the hotel during on-site meeting check-in.

NON-MEMBERS (Interested Individuals and Active Participants): Non-members can purchase shirts for US$20 each.  Non-members who pre-purchase shirts on-line now can also pick-up their shirts during on-site check-in.

IMPORTANT: When pre-purchasing on-line, make sure to enter your AMS (AM System) primary log-in email address.  This email address can be found on your meeting registration receipt or email confirmation.

NOTES:

  1. The meeting registration system will be disabled on Wednesday afternoon, October 10.  Please pre-purchase your shirt(s) before then.

  2. Committee Members need not "pre-purchase" their complimentary shirt.  All Committee Members present at the meeting will receive one complimentary shirt.  If additional shirts are desired (in addition to the complimentary shirt), we suggest you pre-purchase them on-line now.

  3. Shirts will not be mailed (no exceptions).  Shirts can only be picked-up in person at the meeting.

  4. Any un-sold shirts remaining after the Minneapolis Meeting will be sold at the Spring 2008 Meeting (Charlotte, March 16-20).  Committee Members who do not attend the Fall 2007 Meeting can pick-up their shirt at the Spring 2008 Meeting.

  5. There is no reason to select a shirt size during the on-line pre-purchase process.  Various sizes will be available at the meeting.  The following sizes will be available at the meeting: Medium (35 - 38 inches / 89 - 96 cm chest size), Large (40 - 42 inches / 102 -107 cm), X-Large (44 - 46 inches / 112 - 117 cm), XX-Large (48 - 50 inches / 122 - 127 cm).

  6. To obtain a shirt during on-site meeting check-in, please present government issued identification during check-in (passport, drivers license, ID card, etc.).
