On March 22, 2007, the IEEE-SA Standards Board approved the educational material in support of the approved changes to the IEEE-SA Patent Policy. The five final documents are:
Fifty six (56) comments were received on the documents in the section immediately below. The Core Drafting Committee has considered all these comments and the following documents are the result of that comment resolution process. There were no comments received on the Patent Letter of Assurance (LoA) Process Flowchart or the Patent Slides for WG Meetings so these remain unchanged from the previous version. The redline versions of word documents are against the documents in the section immediately below. Note that redline cannot be produced for the Powerpoint slide sets.
One hundred thirty nine (139) comments were received on the documents in the section immediately below. The Core Drafting Committee has considered all these comments and the following documents are the result of that comment resolution process. The following documents have been developed by the drafting committee with the assistance of an initial review with the members of PatCom. All comments must be entered using the
PatCom Commenting Tool and must include
