Suppose the interval is around 1e-200 (well within the Binary64 range).
Then the narrowest non-zero width permitted with a Binary32 radious
would be about 1e-38, i.e. ENORMOUS relative to the value.
At the other end, for large values, only exceedingly narrow intervals
(relatively speaking) could be accomodated, e.g. 1e300+-1e38.
