P1788 members:
There has been agreement (or acquiescence) among the officers
that Motion 4 be withdrawn. As acting chair, I therefore
officially do so. This relieves any members who have not
yet voted of the responsibility to do so.
We will be formulating additional motions shortly, doing our
best to efficiently come to a consensus on the actual document.
