[IEEE P1788] Summary of current active business

P1788 members:

Since there are several items of business currently active,
I herewith provide a summary:

1. We are currently voting on Motion 5 (Table of Operations),
   until September 3 or a quorum is reached.

2. We are also voting on Motion 6 (Multi-format) until September 8
   or a quorum is reached.

3. We are discussing Motion 7 (Not an Interval), with voting scheduled
   to begin after August 26.
