I have started to read Version 4 again and noticed that this change
hasn't been done everywhere. One has:
3.3.6. cn-format, ci-format (concrete point/interval format). A
point/interval format associated with a particular representation.
"point" should be replaced by "number". (The change has been done
correctly in both 3.3.2 and 3.6.1.)
Also, the paper sometimes says "associated to" instead of
"associated with": 3.3.2, 3.3.3, 3.6.1, 3.6.2 item 2 ("An example of
a possibly useful an-format that is not associated to [...]").
Only "associated with" is correct.
