Okay Baker,

I shall consider this. I am thinking to do it with Van Snyder who is a 
member of the IFIP WG 2.5 and of the Fortran Standards Committee.

At the PPAM'09 meeting I could give a brief talk on motivation for the 
IFIP WG 2.5 requirement if an overhead projector would be available.
