By now, the voting on motion 9 is officially closed.

I must audit the results, double-check against the current roster of Voting
members, etc., but PRELIMINARY RESULTS show
   Y: 27; N: 19.  Needed for quorum: 37.
If these results survive audit, the motion will have passed.

REMINDER: Voting on Motion 8 Exception Handling closes November 27.
