[IEEE P-1788:] Second appeal for volunteers: Additional technical editor wanted

I (and presumably John) have not received any replies to our
first appeal (reproduced below).  Do we have any volunteers?

On behalf of everyone, I thank you for your work.

I have successfully updated my copy from the SVN server.

I issue an appeal to everyone:  John is single-handedly doing the "wordsmithing" on our document, and
he could use some help.  Volunteers to help with the technical editing of our standards document would
be more than welcome.  To get you started, you can contact me.  I will then create an account for you
on the SVN server, and I'll send you instructions for using this multi-user collaboration and
version-tracking system.  I am looking forward to a response.

At last I have revised the draft Standard Text in the light of comments received. I urge EVERYONE to read this Version 02, sub-version 1, and give me comments, even if these are only that you (a) like it or (b) hate it.

I think we are at a stage where parts, at least, of this document can be voted on to become official text. I shall discuss with the Officers in the next days on the best procedure to put this in hand.

The Latex of this version is Revision 22 on the P1788 subversion server.
