I had no intention of suggesting that people vote either for or against
Motion 23. I was merely putting forward my interpretation that it would
not be inconsistent for them vote yes on both motions. People are certainly free to vote
any of the four combinations of Yes and No for the two motions. Please
note that I am not advocating for any particular combination.
