Motion P1788/M0021.2: NO

I vote NO on motion P1788/M0021.2.

The system seemed elegant to me at first. But when I tried to apply it
to some of my use cases, I soon become overwhelmed trying to figure
which subsets of the partition were corresponding to the relations I
wanted to express. In the end, it seemed faster and less error-prone to
go back to just comparing bounds. My feeling is that most users will
experience the same situation, causing the feature to just bloat the
standard if it goes unused, hence my vote.
