Some questions and "typos" regarding Motion 26

John (and P-1788 FYI),

I have two questions concerning terms and an evident "typo."

The Typo: The third line of (10) on page 22: The second
subscript evidently should be p_{\text{saf}} instead
           of p_{\text{bnd}}, n'est pas?

The terms:

1. Following formula (5), the reason for this particular total ordering
might not be totally clear on first read. That is, how
   are "worst" and "best" defined?

2. In a similar vein, do we mean by "strongest" the one nearest
the bottom of partial order (7), or is there an intuitive
meaning that can be further explained?

Best regards,

Baker
