Unification of motion 25 and 27

Baker,
 Nate, Marco and myself have unified motions 25 and 27.
We want to submit the result as Amendment of motion 27, motion 25 will 
be withdrawn.
27A provides 4 (or 5) decorations in one linear order, comparisons are 
independent from decorations, the most pessimistic  decoration propagates.
The paragraph on bare decorations has been taken out, it will be subject 
of a future motion.
We suggest that the discussion period until July 26 should NOT be prolonged.
The amendment is attached. Since Nate is now co-author I think we need a 
new seconder.
I have taken the liberty to change the website already
