Baker -- TWO corrections were needed. You forgot to update the title
of M0031. John described it as:

Given that in the text the section on constructors is flagged as
"provisional", with explicit mention that it is to be handled by
position paper rules, and that this is already posted as M0030,
I would suggest:
Level 1 standard text, except constructors (or decorations)
