Motion M0035.01 -- Overflow vs Unbounded: NO

I vote NO on Nate's motion 35 on overflow families.

I agree with the reasons given by Michel Hack and others, especially that the complexity this proposal would bring into the standard is not outweighed by corresponding benefits. 

Michel, George and I aim to submit a "flavours" motion shortly. If adopted, this should let a modal/Kaucher flavour use the Motion 35 scheme if the designers of that flavour wish, without affecting the set-based flavour that I regard as my primary responsibility.
