Motion 35 -- Withdrawn

I'm curious to see John's motion about "flavours." If comments by John and
Hossam are right that such a motion might provide a suitable framework to
accomplish some of what Motion 35 is trying to do, I'd like time to consider
this before proceeding. Examining many of the comments, I think there is too
much misinformation surrounding the understanding of this motion in its
current form. However, that is my fault not anyone else's, and I will do
best to rectify in time.

So with that in mind, Motion 35 is formally withdrawn for now.
