listserv post reply issues

Well, *I* am the mailer. I just read RFC 5322 and see what is expected,
but that assumes that there is a separate "Reply" function, which until
now I did not have. I've started writing one a few times, but always
gave up because there are too many header styles to figure out (Notes
being the main offender, now that Profs has vanished). Even when the
headers are parsable, the destination is not always clear.
Normally one might reply to the "From:" item, but this is not appropriate
when replying to a listserver post. In the end I wrote a REPLY macro
that ONLY handles listserv replies -- we'll see how long it takes until
I run into a case where it messes up.
