Re: a draft motion on midpoint and radius
As I see it, the "edge cases" were discussed
during the in-person meeting, then unambiguously
and directly specified in the present motion, whereas
it was not so clear in Motion 32. (At least, that's
the way I view it.)
I'm wondering if anyone would really argue whether
or not the interval standard should contain a
radius function and a midpoint function.
(Comments, anyone?)

P.S. I sympathize with the time zone issue for the
in-person meeting. It was
12 hours difference for me, so I couldn't tell
whether it was early or late. However, I think
it was nearly perfect for all of China.
Hopefully, we'll have some minutes. I don't know
whether or not the broadcast was recorded.

How is this different from Motion 32, which failed?
