P-1788:

Two articles on modal arithmetic have just appeared in our
on-line journal Reliable Computing.  These somewhat lengthy
articles contain a survey, examples, and explanation of how
modal, Kaucher, and related arithmetics are applied, in
addition to a theoretical treatment to unify and simplify
various views.
