P-1788:
The discussion period for this motion has ended, and
voting herewith commences. Voting will continue until
after Sunday, December 23, 2012.
Voting on this motion will proceed according to the
RULES FOR STANDARD TEXT. That is,
1. a 2/3 majority is necessary for the motion to pass,
2. any NO votes MUST be accompanied by an explanation of and
a corresponding commitment to the changes would cause
the voter to change the "NO" vote to "YES".
The motion cannot be changed during voting.
I attach the motion, with the friendly amendments and corrections
John posted on November 30.
Juergen: Please post the updated motion and update the web page
to indicate that voting has begun. (Also, the motion
is internally labeled as 6.1, while it is presently
entitled 5-2 on the web page.)
Acting secretary: Please record the transaction in the minutes.
