Well, El Paso is not exactly near Houston, but there is:

From where I sit, it is :-)

Title: 4th Workshop on Determinism and Correctness in Parallel Programming

Grrk. A glance at its introduction raises my hackles - it is clearly
a meeting for True Believers only, which will affect its terminology.
Despite what it says, determinism is dubiously a safety property, and
definitely NOT a correctness property.

When calculating pi, is a program that always gives the answer 3 more
correct than one that gives a measurement from a Normal(pi,1.0e-6)
distribution?
