 I have updated the webpage.
please note that voting on 40 and 41 will start tomorrow !
The text for both motions is in the same file, and has to be split into 
two pieces for voting.

Contrarily the text of the decoration systems (motion 42) comes in 2 
separate pieces which have to be put together for voting.

Baker, I apply for another week to discuss motion 42.
It is a crucial motion, and not by accident it has that magic number !
