Here is the first of the remaining motions on the text of level 1:

The last sentence of § 9.6.8. Constructors shall be changed to

Rules for the string t accepted at an implementation level are given
in the Level 2 Subclause 11.11.1 on interval literals and may optionally 
be followed.

Then, as  it  is written in the "ENTIRE document2 it shall be accepted 
as standard text,
