Do I have a second to this motion?

Note, however, the "typo."  The last sentence of Jürgen's
email should be corrected to read:

   Then, as  it  is written in the "ENTIRE document", it shall be accepted as standard text.

Here, the "ENTIRE document" refers to the document in the fifth row of the
table at

    http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/1788/private/TheP1788Document/AllTextblocks.html

and this motion refers to section 9.6.8 of that document.  (Please contact me if
