Motions 54 through 57 ARE under discussion
Dima,
YES, motions 54 through 57 ARE officially under discussion; I attach my
email announcing them. The formal discussion period has almost ended,
but have there been any comments? Shall I extend the discussion period?
I'll announce Motion 59 shortly.

Baker,
I should now start the discussion period for this motion.
I'm sorry for my mistake. The motion number in the second line of my message body is incorrect.
Subject contains correct motion number 59.
I am a bit confused. I see motions 54 through 57 listed as "discussing
until Nov 19", but I do not have corresponding emails in the public
record. Am I missing or forgetting something?
I also think that 54-57 are in duscussion period.
I haven't post emails about them because I was busy by Level 3 and by other things.
Nevertheless, I have a few comments to 54 and 55 and I will post them in remaining days.

Тема: Re: Motion 59: Section 14. Level 3 description.
Dima,
I should now start the discussion period for this motion. However,
checking the web page at
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/1788/private/Motions/AllMotions.html
I am a bit confused. I see motions 54 through 57 listed as "discussing
until Nov 19", but I do not have corresponding emails in the public
record. Am I missing or forgetting something?
Also, I would like confirmation from a technical editor that Motion 52
is in its final form and posted on the web site before we begin voting.
Sincerely,
Baker

Motion 51, revision of 16 November 2013.
======
I submit a motion that Section 14 "Level 3 description" be approved as standard text.
The text of the Section 14 has been influenced much by fruitful discussions in Würzburg.
Rationalle.
======
This motion follows Motion 29 in that "The standard shall say nothing at levels 3, 4,
except to specify the above interchange type."
Much of former contents of Section 14 was moved to
the Annex "Set-based flavor: implementation hints and examples".
Bit representation of interchange format is delegated to other standards
because there are too much subtleties here.
