with old mail). I hope there won't be any problem.
John will post the versions upon which we will be voting within
a few hours. If there are significant problems, we can always
stop, then restart the vote. If there are minor editorial problems,
we may be able to resolve those through friendly amendments
and consensus during the vote. (The rule that it not be changed
during the vote is internal to P-1788, for our email procedures,
and not externally mandated by IEEE.)
