Revised Clause 7 "Flavors"

I attach a revised draft of Clause 7 "Flavors" and ask the chair to resume the discussion period of Motion 61.

I aim to write notes shortly on the main changes from the previous circulated draft.

I am still waiting for comments from Michel Hack, Vincent Lefevre and others, which will probably cause further changes -- hopefully minor ones.
