We certainly want the most appropriate wording and bibliographic reference in the standard text.
Jürgen, since this concerns the Annexes and bibliography please will you correct this, as a matter of urgency?
Also please post on the P1788 web site the paper that Ulrich attaches.
Ulrich, what status do you want given to this paper? Any or all of
- A P1788 position paper.
- A technical report of your and/or Van's institution.
- A to-appear journal article.
