Yes, we can extend the voting, say, a week, to see if
there are any objections.  I'd like an explicit word
from the editors about when they can deliver the final
version.

The July MSC teleconference will be July 8.  It would be
nice to be able to announce that we can deliver (or have
delivered) the document then.
