Thanks for your comments.
- Baker is now R. Baker Kearfott in each place.
- I have given Vincent Lefèvre his grave accent: apologies Vincent.
- I changed Walter Kraemer to Walter Krämer. My check of his name on the internet indicates that he sadly died last autumn, is this correct? If so I suggest we "memorialise" this on the list of participants page.
- It seems Jean-Michel Muller is correct spelling and shouldn't be Müller, is that right?

Any other name corrections or memorial notes, people please let me know.
