Re: IEEE-1788 Standard for Interval Arithmetic complementary copies

It is possible to publish errata and corrections; I'll see about the
details. However, it may be possible to debate whether or not
 this actually is an error;
one can claim conformance to a version of the draft. Versions of
the draft are kept by the IEEE, and I vaguely recall a discussion
with IEEE staff concerning this.

I'm wondering what John thinks / remembers about this.

Best regards,

Baker

As far as I understand, P1788 is no longer a valid name...
I'm surprised this is still there. Both Hossam Fahmy and I had
pointed this out in our comments last January!
