If we're talking about cancelminus, I suggested it be
in, because I have used it in my own programming. I think others
liked it because it is a small piece of a structure
for implementing modal or Kaucher arithmetic.
I've been silent about it since I can't really unilaterally judge
whether or not is it "rarely used," or how important a consideration
that should be. Also, it's possible to make do without it.
