Our P1788.1 motion numbers are confusing.
The first motion was "P1788.1/M001.01". It's not entirely obvious which part matches the ".1" of P1788.1. Is it the "001" or the "01"? Why would it have a leading zero?
The second motion was originally referred to as "P1788.1/M002.01", implying that the part before the period is the motion number and the ".01" matches the ".1" of the standard number. Except that more recently what I think is the same motion is also referred to as "P1788.1/M001.02". Did I miss an email renumbering it? What is the numbering convention?
