Original item (a):

Replace with:

a)  A MAD_Join.indication adds a new attribute to MAD;"
b)  A MAD_Join.indication is received with the 'new' parameter, 10.2, 
set to

TRUE;"

renumber remaining items appropriately (b-f becomes c-g)

None. Proposed change only clarifies propagation requirements.
