[STDS-802-11] Audited motions from closing plenary

Dear all,

              I've performed an audit check on the motion votes from the closing plenary and no motion outcomes have been changed.

The corrected vote counts are in this document:

All corrections were due to non-voting 802.11 members casting a vote.

The process I use is to compare each name in the webex polling tool report with:

1) All voting members according to:  <https://www.ieee802.org/11/members.htm>

2) All members in the IMAT report of the closing plenary.
