[802.3_ISAAC] 3dm website updates

Dear colleagues,

I have made a number of updates to our website.

D2.0 has been uploaded to our Private area.

Upcoming meetings, including deadlines, have been added to the "public" page. 

Interims:
July 21 & 23, 2026 (Complete D2.0 comment resolution continuation, if needed)
July 13-16, 2026 (Plenary) (Requests due AOE July 2, Presentations due AOE July 6)
July 7 & 9, 2026 (off-cycle to start D2.0 comment resolution)

Ad hocs:
June 16, 2026 (Requests due 5pm EDT June 11, Presentations due 5 pm EDT June 15)
June 2, 2026 (Requests due 5pm EDT May 28, Presentations due 5 pm EDT June 1)

The May meeting page has been updated with the following:
Updated agenda with Motion to request WG ballot and meeting dates
Updated "What to Expect in WG Ballot" based on discussion in meeting

Please let me know if you find any broken links.

Please send all presentation requests and material to me by the specified deadlines.
