[802.3_ISAAC] 3dm WG ballot update

Dear IEEE P802.3dm participants,

Thanks for all your hard work in putting together our draft.  We received unanimous approval from the WG to proceed to WG ballot.  The WG ballot will open today.  I will send out an email with the "Chair's standard offer" later this weekend.
