All – I have uploaded the agenda for our meeting next week, along with minutes from the July 9 ad hoc. Please review the minutes from the May Interim (May 13), June 25 Electronic Interim, and July 9 Electronic
Interim, and forward any additions or corrections to the reflector. I expect us to be confirming those minutes in July. Please note that responses from me may be delayed after today, as I am traveling.
I have listed (but not posted) presentations requested for the plenary in the usual place. I will post the presentations no later than Sunday 7/26, and will announce to the reflector. (I will attempt to
post earlier but cannot be assured sufficient access). I have also updated the ‘PHY baselines’ and the ‘Meeting Files’ excel index. I also expect to be posting draft 1.3 for review and for precirculation for initial working group ballot soon. Remember that we are looking at this for technical completeness. In your review please keep
in mind that we will have the opportunity to make refinements, editorial and technical corrections, and other changes if needed during the initial working group ballot cycle – as comments.
We plan to be filling in the remaining TBDs and potentially adding some additional text to our draft during the Madrid meeting. Under the rules, I will need to explain each change to the Working Group if we
ask to proceed to ballot, so holding changes off not only helps us build consensus, but also reduces the number of things to explain.
