[STDS-802-Privacy] IEEE 802 Privacy PAR/CSD accepted at EC plenary

The Privacy Recommendation PAR and CSD were approved yesterday at the 802 Executive Committee closing meeting. They will now be forwarded to NesCom for final approval. These are the latest versions that got approved:

 

PAR

An extension to the SG was also approved, so we are planning to have the following teleconferences:

 

–        2 September 2015 (10:00 AM ET), Teleconference

–        30 September 2015 (10:00 AM ET), Teleconference

–        21 October 2015 (10:00 AM ET), Teleconference

 

The 802.1 WG also endorsed the PAR and agreed to progress the work within the 802.1 Security TG. Hence, if the PAR is approved by NesCom the next face to face meeting would be with the 802.1 Security TG.
