[802-LMSC] +++LMSC review+++ A draft submission to RSPG's consultation on WRC-27

Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,

I would like to request the review of the following draft IEEE 802 LMSC submission before asking the LMSC to consider approval of the submission tentatively via a letter ballot in the near future.

On 18th June 2026, EC Radio Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG) began a consultation on their position on WRC-27, titled 'DRAFT Opinion on WRC-27'.

A few individuals prepared a response to RSPG's consultation.  The submission was approved by IEEE 802.18 on 6th August 2026 with the following voting results:  12 Yes, 0 No, 1 Abstain.
