RE: stds-802-mobility: Next Meeting "Call for Contributions" ?!
Mark,
I agree with Marianna. With these last minute documents from the CGs,
a Tuesday evening deadline for contributions to the working group is
appropriate.
Best regards,
Joanne

Mark,
I continue to be confused about the process.
Yesterday and today, new versions of 2 documents (Functional Requirements
and Traffic Models), to be discussed next meeting, were up-loaded in the
Drop-box.
I did my intended contributions as text insertions in the previous
documents,
having in mind to send them today, before the dead-line.
In this moment, all my contributions are obsolete, due to existence of the
new versions.
In these conditions, I consider that the dead-line shall be extended,
Tuesday
evening being a minimum acceptable.
Kind Regards,
Marianna

Marianna,
When the preliminary agenda was posted the request was posted on the web
site (at the URL you reference) that all contribution be available by COB on
Friday 11 July 2003.For the correspondence groups I am willing to take the
contributions on Tuesday July 15th as I will schedule these anyway.
But these contributions should be ready by then so that non-participants in
the correspondence group have some time to see them before the meeting.

Folks,
According to my understanding, we have 2 drafts, produced
by the 802.20 Requirements and Evaluation Criteria Task
Groups.
These drafts will be discussed and improved next meeting,
as resulting from Agenda http://ieee802.org/20/meet_agenda.htm.
Being no "Call for Contributions", and no announced "dead-line",
I assume that the contribution submission is allowed by
July 21, 1:00p.m., PT (meeting opening time).
I would also suggest to "freeze" the existing draft documents, as
reference for comments.
Kind Regards,
Marianna
