I am
attaching a copy my contribution entitled "Liaison relationships with external
organizations" that was presented during our last meeting. During the
discussion of this contribution, we all realized that many improvements
could be made to its content. Also several of you expressed strong
interest in providing comments and material for its revision. Could you
please revise the attached document with your changes "tracked" so that I
can compile all your comments and present it during our next meeting for
approval by the WG.
