My candidacy for the position of Liaison Vice Chair, 802.20

Dear Colleagues,

This note is to inform you of my intention to run for the position of Liaison Vice Chair of
IEEE 802.20 at the elections to be held at the March 2004 plenary session.  I will be
submitting to the reflector a summary of my background and qualifications, my objectives in
seeking this position and a set of proposed goals for the role of Liaison Vice Chair.
