Re: Proposed Agenda for Session 7 (March 2004)

Gang, thank you for the explanation. Please post my agenda. Although I may
update it before the meeting based on specific presentation requests, I
would like it to be available for everyone to study when I propose that we
use my agenda as a starting point for approving the agenda. If I find the
agenda that Jerry posts is good enough, then I will simply not request we
use mine. However, I would like it available for general review on our web
site prior to and during the meeting.

Gang, I realize that everyone could post there own proposed agenda. I don't
think we need to have great concern for that possibility. In fact, I would
dearly love to see lots of people with such a keen interest in how we will
be progressing our work that they want to propose an agenda that they
believe will lead to more progress. If other proposed agendas get posted, I
will gladly work with those submitting proposed agendas to determine if we
can agree on a blending of the best ideas from all proposed.

If it is not out of order, I would like 5 minutes prior to approval of the
agenda, to present my alternative and state why I believe it is a good
starting point to establishing our agenda. The 5 minutes I am requesting is
a part of the agenda approval time that I have allocated in my proposal.

Best regards,
