Eshwar Attached is my write-up for Liaison
activities with 3GPP/ETSI and TTA.
I have kept the write-up short and would suggest that we have a template
for each liaison activity as shown below (with an example): Organization: 3GPP (ETSI/ANSI/TTA/TTC/ARIB/CCSA are the partnership
organizations) Group(s): RAN WG1,
WG2 and WG4 Scope of
Group: RAN WG1 is responsible for Radio Layer 1
specifications, RAN WG2 is responsible for Radio Layer 2 & 3 specifications
and RAN WG4 is responsible for radio performance and protocol aspects. Purpose of Liaison: Introduction
of new PHY and MAC layer technologies into the 3GPP access network. Priority: About a
